Booking & Process
How does the booking process work?

Simply choose your preferred collection, select your date and location, and secure your booking instantly through our online system. Once confirmed, we take care of the rest.

Do I need to enquire before booking?

No enquiry is required. Our collections are designed to be booked directly online for ease and convenience. If you have specific questions before booking, you’re welcome to contact us.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for weekends, peak seasons and special dates such as Valentine’s Day.

Is a deposit required?

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date and selected collection.

What is included in each collection?

Each collection includes a curated selection of styling elements such as décor, florals, candles and personalised details. Inclusions vary by collection and are clearly outlined on each collection page.

Can I customise a collection?

Changes, Cancellations & Weather
Can I change my booking after confirming?

What is your cancellation policy?
