My Event Styling provides event styling services for romantic and milestone celebrations, including proposals, anniversaries, birthdays and special occasions.

Services include styling, equipment hire, décor hire, and location coordination.

Bookings are made through our website booking system.

A booking is confirmed only once:

• Full payment is received, and
• You receive a booking confirmation

Bookings are subject to availability.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Due to the preparation and scheduling involved, cancellation policies apply.

• Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for partial credit or rescheduling at our discretion.
• Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

Specific cancellation terms may be provided at the time of booking.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes to your booking, subject to availability.

Changes must be requested as early as possible.

Additional fees may apply.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring access to the agreed location
• Obtaining any required permissions or approvals (if applicable)
• Ensuring the location is safe and suitable

We reserve the right to refuse or modify set-up if safety concerns arise.

We will attend the location at the agreed time to set up and pack down styling elements.

You must ensure access is available during agreed times.

All styling items remain the property of My Event Styling.

You agree to take reasonable care of all hired items.

You may be responsible for damage, loss, or theft caused by negligence or misuse.

Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes where possible, but cannot guarantee alternative arrangements in all circumstances.

We may photograph styling setups for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

If you do not wish for your event to be photographed, please notify us in writing.

We will respect reasonable privacy requests.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Event Styling is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Events outside our control
• Third-party location or venue issues

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorised access or interfering with website functionality.

All website content, images, branding and materials are the property of My Event Styling and may not be used without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
